Responsible Mining & ESG
Positioning Elite Mines & Minerals as a responsible international raw talc sourcing and supply company.
Responsible mining and ethical supply-chain management are central to how Elite Mines & Minerals operates. As an international raw talc sourcing and supply company, we recognise that long-term value creation depends on safeguarding people, respecting communities, and minimising environmental harm.
The commitments below set out the standards we apply across our operations and the expectations we place on our mining partners, logistics providers, and other business counterparts. They are not marketing claims — they are the practical principles that guide our daily decisions and our relationships with customers, regulators, and host communities.
Responsible Mineral Sourcing
We source raw talc directly from long-standing Afghan mining partners and conduct due diligence on extraction practices, working only with operators that respect local laws and land-use agreements.
Human Rights
We respect the human rights of everyone touched by our operations — workers, contractors, host communities, and downstream customers — and expect the same commitment from every business partner.
Zero Tolerance for Child Labour and Forced Labour
We do not tolerate child labour, forced labour, or any form of human trafficking in our supply chain. We reserve the right to suspend suppliers where credible evidence of such practices emerges.
Occupational Health & Safety
We promote safe working conditions at mine sites, warehouses, and transport corridors. Dust-control measures, personal protective equipment, and incident reporting are integral to how we operate.
Environmental Responsibility
We seek to minimise the environmental footprint of extraction and logistics by managing waste, limiting disturbance to surrounding land, and working with partners on progressive rehabilitation where feasible.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
We conduct business with integrity. Bribery, facilitation payments, and corrupt practices are prohibited in all jurisdictions in which we operate, and we maintain clear channels for raising concerns.
Community Engagement
We engage with local communities in a respectful, transparent manner, aiming to understand concerns and contribute to socio-economic development through employment, local procurement, and dialogue.
Supply-Chain Traceability
We document the chain of custody from mine to port, recording origin, handling, and shipment data so customers can make informed sourcing decisions about their raw materials.
Ethical Business Practices
We deal fairly with customers, suppliers, and competitors. Our contracts and negotiations are based on accurate information, fair terms, and mutual accountability.
Transparency and Continuous Improvement
We review our policies and performance regularly, welcome constructive feedback, and update our responsible-sourcing standards as regulations, industry guidance, and stakeholder expectations evolve.

Accountability in Practice
We do not claim perfection. We do claim a structured, documented, and continuously improving approach to responsible sourcing. Customers, investors, and civil-society stakeholders are welcome to ask questions and review the steps we take to keep our supply chain aligned with these commitments.
